Terms and Conditions

  1. Revenue Automation (RA Revenue Automation Inc.) will develop the MVP AI Chatbot exclusively in our testing environment.
  2. Upon completion, the MVP product and source files will be provided to the selected company at no cost for their internal implementation.
  3. All data required for building and training the AI Chatbot must be provided by the selected company.
  4. The selected company agrees to collaborate closely with Revenue Automation to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and appropriate gating during AI model training.
  5. Both Revenue Automation and the selected company mutually indemnify each other against liabilities or damages arising from the MVP Chatbot project.
  6. Any additional setup, deployment, or integration required beyond the MVP handover will incur charges, with a clear scope provided for approval prior to commencement.
  7. The selection of the company will occur on or before September 15, 2025.
  8. Either party can cancel the project at any time, with written notification provided to the other party.
